Anna and Claire work with women in both a healing and life coaching capacity.  It was evident from their interactions that there was a need for tools, tips and tricks to help us all get through life on a daily basis.

This is when Anna and Claire decided to put their knowledge together and create a 2 part workshop which is interactive and actually useful for day to day life. 

For over 10 years, we've been honing our skills and deepening our understanding of the challenges women face in daily life. Time and again, we've seen how women struggle with certain obstacles, and we felt it was time to combine our expertise and create a workshop to support them. Our goal is to help women discover more about themselves and equip them with simple, effective strategies that make life easier.
